  材料:新鲜基围虾、粗胡椒粒、姜、葱、蚝油、食用油
  1、虾洗净,用剪刀沿背部剪至尾部
  2、挑出沙线
  3、洒入粗胡椒粒、姜丝和葱末,将蚝油调入1小勺食用油,淋在虾身上
  4、腌制20分钟,充分入味
  5、用牙签串上,配点红、绿椒和洋葱,入烤箱,烤制20分钟
