新鲜鱼头一个,洗净切块

油炸过的豆腐,在豆腐上切个十字口

 姜丝,葱段,葱丝

 把姜丝下油锅爆香,倒入鱼头,炒一会儿

把豆腐也倒入,放入盐,鼓油,糖,蚝油炒伴一下

把沙煲煮热,把葱段放于底

把调好味的鱼头豆腐放入沙煲里,加少许水,慢火煮

煮至水差不多没有了
