做法 :白菜叶入滚水烫软,捞起泡入冷水,抹干水份备用。菇菌、韭菜入滚水烫软,捞起滤干水份,取少许置白菜叶上,卷成筒状,从中间切半,置盘底。

生抽、清水、味精调均后淋于白菜卷上。橄榄油入锅烧热,放进姜、蒜、葱段、花椒泡至香味溢出,滤去杂物后将热油淋于白菜卷上。用保鲜膜将盘密封,稍凉后放进冰箱,2-3小时后即可食用。
