年9月16日晚17时许，一辆车牌号为冀RAF195的运鱼货车在行驶至八达岭高速出京方向西三旗出口附近时由于后轮突然爆裂，导致车辆侧翻，所幸无人员伤亡，但是车上的鱼全部散落在路面上。由于车辆侧翻位置在最外侧车道，没有造成太大的拥堵，但出口车辆还是受到较大影响。
