材料:雪莲花一朵.沙参.苡仁.党参.百合.芡实.山药.扁豆各小量(如图)盐小量,猪脊骨一斤(忘了拍pp)
做法:猪脊骨飞水加入所有材料和适量的水,一起煲三小时(水开起计),下盐即可
