买了一包猪蹄筋一直放着没做,因为不太懂得如何浸发。那天和朋友聊起这事,他凭自
己的经验教我如何如何的,于是就按照其方法提前一晚把蹄筋发好。蹄筋本无味,要搭配
浓郁的酱料,我那瓶还没用完的自制XO酱又可以派上用场了,用小砂锅炮制了一道“XO
酱爆蹄筋煲”,竟然收到意想不到的效果,大家边吃边竖起大拇指大赞好吃,把我给乐坏
了,哈哈!


蹄筋的浸泡方法:
蹄筋用水慢火煮约2小时,也可以利用炆烧锅(真空锅)焖煮,煮至蹄筋涨大酥软合适便可
捞起,浸泡在冷水中备用。【提示:浸发蹄筋可以一次浸发份量多点,用不完的可以沥干
水份用保险袋包好放冰箱速冻起来,等下次用时直接解冻便可】
