孜然寸骨是选用猪后腿上的寸骨(每头猪只有两根寸骨),经过腌、蒸、炸、烩烹调而
成,肉质脆嫩爽口,香而不腻。两糊的孜然寸骨与广东的蒜香骨、无锡的酱排骨被成为中
国三骨,可见孜然寸骨的美味!
注释:寸骨也就是平常说的牙签骨,在以前的帖子也有介绍过,一般没有现成的买,可以
买猪后腿展子(也称骨展)回来自己加工一下,削去部分肉便可。
