下午清理冰箱发现角落里还有碗用剩的猪油,汗~这碗东东是前两个月为做杏仁饼准备
的,用剩了放一边都忘记了。打开闻了下还好没异味,只有碗底少许也够做几块葱油饼来
下粥,晚餐有着落了!^_^




*********************************************************************************

材料:
低筋面粉180克、开水135ML、盐少许、葱花适量(只要绿色部分,葱白擀的时候容
易弄穿面皮)、食油适量(用猪油效果会更甘香酥脆,没有也可用植物油、酥油或奶油代
替)


做法:面粉、开水和少许盐放大碗里揉搓成光滑的面团,用湿布盖好醒面半小时备用
