喜欢吃烤青花鱼,金黄色的表面咬一口脆脆的,满口清香。鱼肉细腻有嚼头,且没有鱼
刺,可以放心大口大口吃。可惜饭店的出品物以精为贵,一小碟也没吃上几块,还是自己
DIY实惠!
饭店做的通常都是盐烧为主,味道略为单调,自己根据个人口味改良了一下,在青花鱼烤
熟后涂上一层烧汁,再进炉烤香,不仅可令鱼肉没有干瘪感,而且味道带有烤鳗风味,挺
不错的!
