近在外面吃饭很喜欢点乳香骨,香浓的南乳味渗入肉骨中,很惹味,唯一觉得美中不足就是稍微咸了点。今天买了很肥美的排骨,也来炮制适合自己口味的乳香骨。先用南乳入味再炸熟,这个跟酒楼做法
一样,最后自己改良了一下,把炸好的乳香骨再裹上蜜汁,一来可以中和南乳的咸味,二来令排骨口感
不会干瘪,甜蜜中不失南乳的酱香,好吃极了,还受到了家人的一致好评呢!
