在众多的粤式茶点里,蛋黄千层糕是我最爱的点心之一。馅料软滑层次分明,甜蜜的椰蓉奶黄夹伴着咸蛋
黄的独特口感,甜而不腻香浓可口,令人极为满足,一吃就会爱上它!蛋黄千层糕并不是经常能在茶楼吃
得到,要解馋还是自己动手做做吧!
传统蛋黄千层糕的馅料除了有咸蛋黄和椰蓉奶黄,还会加入冰肉粒,可惜这次家里没有肥肉储备,只好省
了。如果喜欢冰肉口感的朋友可以放适量冰肉,而减少部分椰蓉份量就可以了!

面团材料:低筋面粉200克、干酵母1小匙、泡打粉1/2小匙、色拉油1大匙、糖2大匙、盐1/4小匙、牛奶
120ml
