材料:鲜鸡,大蒜、八角、花椒、郫县豆瓣酱、香叶、干辣椒、辣椒粉、辣椒油。

油锅烧热后,把腌好的鸡块炸脆.

锅烧热后,把所以香料爆香~

当香料爆香后,把鸡回锅爆炒,注入调味:酱油,鸡粉,醋,糖,芡粉水.炒匀即可.
